Shore Club Private Collection

The Shore Club has been one of South Beach's most iconic, most-recognized resorts for decades. It's about to be reborn as one of Miami's grandest residential condo resorts, alongside an Auberge branded 75 room luxury hotel. The Shore Club Private Collection is a series of 49 private residences beautifully designed in an 18-story tower, a lower house and a private residence by famed architect Robert A.M. Stern. Residences will range in size from about 2,400 SqFt to 7,000 SqFt, with pricing roughly in the $4.5-$35M range.

The developer, Witkoff, along with Stern will preserve the original tower and Cromwell House of the Shore Club, but will be transforming them into a residential and resort enclave that rivals some of the best properties in the world.
