The Elser Hotel & Residences

The Elser Hotel & Residences is a 49-story tower located in Downtown Miami nearby Biscayne Blvd. It was designed by internationally renowned architecture firm Sieger Suarez Architects, and features 646 luxury residences that are approved for short term rentals. There is an on-site hospitality management service for owners.

Residences come as fully-furnished studios, 1, 2 and 3-bedroom residences, and offer 9'2" ceiling heights with floor-to-ceiling windows. Units offer balconies with stunning views of Biscayne Bay and Downtown Miami.

Residences have porcelain wood grain tile flooring throughout, built-in full-size washers and dryers (in select residences), Ecobee smart thermostats, smart keyless entry, custom kitchen cabinetry by Italian design house, Italkraft, quartz kitchen countertops and frigidaire stainless-steel appliances including microwave, dishwasher, freestanding range oven and refrigerator.
